Laboratory Model for Simulation of Control of Simple Technological Process
Raška, Marek ; Štohl, Radek (referee) ; Jirgl, Miroslav (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor’s thesis is the improvement of the physical simulator of basic dynamic systems and the selection of suitable technological process to demonstrate simulation, control and visualization in laboratory teachings with a sample laboratory task. The result is an improved simulator used in the simulating of technological process using the programming structure and visualization of ControlWeb 8 application and input/output peripheral Datalab IO/USB.
Demonstration examples with KNX/EIB
Křivka, Martin ; Zuth, Daniel (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
This diploma thesis was created as a support for Building automation course, at the Institute of Automation and Computer Science of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering at Brno University of Technology. The aim of this diploma thesis is to get acquainted with elements of intelligent electrical ABB i-bus® KNX/EIB and create tasks suitable for laboratory teaching. Subsequently, use the communication module DataLab IF/EIB to connect KNX/EIB with Control Web system and create in this environment visualization of the status of these devices. Furthermore, using the communication module CM EIB/KNX to connect KNX/EIB with the programmable controller LOGO! and create additional laboratory task.
Testing lab visualization for air conditioning units
Hamplová, Veronika ; Marada, Tomáš (referee) ; Zuth, Daniel (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the creation of visualization for testing lab for air conditioning unit. This unit was made by Strojírenský zkušební ústav. The visualization was programmed in the visualization and simulation program called ControlWeb. This application allows controlling, monitoring, storing and retrieving all necessary variables. Next part of diploma thesis discusses techniques of measurement, automation devices and visualization software.
PLC controlled system for manipulated arm
Slavík, Miroslav ; Zemánek, Pavel (referee) ; Pásek, Jan (advisor)
In this bachelor´s thesis is solved automatic task of PLC controled manipulated arm. For this controled is used Siemens Simatic 200 with programing enviroment MicroWin. The servos are moving with parts of arm. The servos are conected to the PLC trought PCB of electronics interface. PCB is created specially for this aim. Design of PCB is described. Details description is PLC´s program. Comunication between PLC and SCADA is trought a PPI cable. Vizualition of proces is runing on the ControlWeb by Moravians instrument, this is descripted also. To the Manipulated arm is instaled conveyor. Boxes are transporting by conveyor. Pyramid is build from boxes.
